Through regular nourishment visits, baby care, gentle household support and moments of intentional rest, you'll have a familiar presence alongside you as you navigate the early weeks of motherhood.
With priority booking, ongoing text support and thoughtful nourishment included, you can feel supported without having to organise every little detail yourself.

One of your postpartum visits may be exchanged for The Sea Ritual — a special LUNEA experience offering time to reconnect with the ocean, find some space to breathe and be cared for, whenever you feel ready.
