Shipping
New Zealand – All orders over $50 receive free shipping within New Zealand - Tracked shipping takes 2-3 working days.
Australia – $25 tracked shipping takes 3-5 working days.
Orders
Orders are unable to be delivered to PO Boxes or NZ Post ParcelPods.
Please bear this in mind when supplying your shipping address.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.
All orders are sent by tracked courier in 100% biodegradable packaging.

Export Restrictions / Customs
All taxes and duties including customs and import taxes are the customer's responsibilities and may be a government requirement of import. Seer & Wilde has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Returns & Exchanges
Before returning any item, please email us at info@seerandwilde.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your order.
To receive a refund, all items are to be returned in original packaging and labelling, returned unaltered and unused or laundered in any way.
All return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Returns must arrive back to our workroom within 7 days of the original delivery date. Returns exceeding 7 days will be automatically processed for an online credit, or they will be returned back to you if the items do not meet our returns criteria.
We recommend Items be returned by tracked shipping with garments inside our waterproof eco courier bag as Seer & Wilde are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability, please notify us of the exchange item as soon as possible to secure.
No additional shipping cost is required for sending out exchanged items.
